Boulevard at Dublin - Brookfield residential

I visited the model homes at Mulholland community in Dublin today and felt that the quality of the construction (shaky handrails, doors etc) to be sub-par. Did anyone visit this community recently and felt the same ? These homes costs around 1.3 to 1.4 million with 1.8% property tax. Do you guys think it's worth it ? Even if you have bought from Brookfield residential elsewhere and could share some feedback, it would be really helpful. TIA.
