And additionally trinet may offer 2 to 3 lac of stock in the first year. Amazon doesn't give out any stock in year 1. So confused between choosing Amazon or not.

Trinet was crazy backwards. I basically left cause upper management tech wise was completely useless (2014-2017? somewhere around then). Amzn obviously has some issues but they are mostly around WLB and overwork not on crappy tech.
If tech is important work for a tech company. If WLB is important work for a PEO. If you are young and have time my recommendation is amzn cause you will learn more and end up making more in the long run. If you got kids/married and need to work 35 hours per week then work at Trinet.
