  • Mate you have 1 YOE. The fact that you're making over 120k a year is excellent. Don't start this comparison so early, nothing good will come off it. Try and work hard, do tough projects and learn new skills. That will take you much further than any comparison based career strategy will.

      Guess I got lowballed. Therefore this thread, to figure out what market rate really is. Levels.fyi is too skewed to USA.

    The proper way to calculate TC is to take RSU without accounting for appreciation. What is the break down of your base + bonus + rsu? I think that is indeed slightly on the low side.
