I will be talking to my recruiter and say I'm not happy with the numbers they came up with. Should I tell them my number? The last time we spoke they pressed on my current pay, but I don't mention it to them. Would it be a good time to disclose my current TC and may be ask for around 20% more?

Thanks!

Thank you! One of the things they asked me was if I would stop interviewing if they meet a certain number. Any tips on how to politely go about it?

Take what you think is highest possible from others, add 10% maybe 15% and then say that number.

You can start negotiating by adding 25% to what they offer. I did the same end up in 18% more than what the initial number was. So don't expect they will give you what you asked without showing any other offer.

You can start with saying I was expecting so and so number i.e. 125% for this job role and this location . It doesn't matter what your Making now to them until you have told the reason for change is salary hike.
