I've currently accepted an offer and I'm joining them in a couple of weeks. There are a couple of interviews still in process, however - Amazon being one of them. Should I continue interviewing? For context, I've already negotiated a pretty high TC jump so there's unlikely to be too much financial reward.
If you bail on a company you accepted right before joining you will rightfully piss them off. That said, better than bailing right after they ramp you up. Do what’s right for you, but you should have been clear that you didn’t want to be at a small company before accepting.
Completely disagree. If he made that clear he'd probably have no job. He has a fiduciary responsibility to his shareholders (him and his family) to maximize his profits.
It's your life you need to do whatever you want. Don't worry about anybody but yourself.
If you are not happy why you accepted? What would you do if the company do the same to you, i.e. keep interviewing others and potentially chosing somebody else?

Where did you get the offer? Seems like you aren’t happy with the pretty high TC jump
It's a startup - I'm happy with the TC and the role, but it's not a big brand. That's something that has bothered me once or twice.
