Just received an Amazon L5 offer for 390 Bay Area. This is after negotiation from 340. I still feel underpaid after seeing 430+ TC on blind. Anyone else feel like no matter what TC you have that it's not enough. My old TC was 220, so obviously this is a huge bump. But it feels small now after looking on blind.
Anyone else suffer from TC dysmorphia or is it just me
