Title says it all. Trying to figure out what happens with RSU when the stock splits and trades at a lower price? Do you get more shares because RSUs are based on a dollar amount?

That means that for every share you hold, you'll get 19 more shares. The price of course will be divided, so if GOOG was being traded for 3kUSD, each share will be worth 150USD.
In a nutshell, the split changed nothing as the total value of the shares remains the same.
So why do it? lower prices are more affordable for small traders and commoners. It also might cause GOOG to enter the Dow Jones index.
The answe is the same for AMZN, but with different ratio and number of shares.
