Atlassian Interview P4

Hi all! I’ve started the interview process with Atlassian for a backend engineer position. In the discussion with the recruiter, it seemed like P4 was the level I’d be going for and that the phone screen afterwards would be system design. I’m curious what they’re looking for…I know about database/API design, services, etc, but not about cloud architecture. I don’t know how much they’re expecting me to know vs high level design of a product. I know conceptually about storing data on the cloud but just don’t have experience with it myself.
