Atlassian interview process

Hello everyone,
Finished my SDE (Front-end)(P3) (USA-Remote) interviews back in January.

Interview process:
1. Call with Recruiter (30 mins)
2. Technical Video call (Front-end system Design: states, api, etc, optimizations) (1 hr)
3. Call with recruiter, Q/A about Onsite (30m)
4. Virtual Onsite:
- Browser coding (Simple UI) (1h)
- JS coding (Unit tests) (1h)
- Values interview (1h)
- Front-end System design (State, data flow, APi, optimizations) (1h)
- HM interview (1h)

Questions asked:
Why Atlassian?
Different work situations and how I resolved them.
Biggest challenges.
And some more other similar ones...

Onsite went good. Responsive and transparent recruiter as well. He came back to me in a couple of weeks and said that HM choose other candidate because of reasons not related to my skills/person, but I interviewed well and they would like to continue, so I had another interview with HM last week and still I am waiting for the outcome.

I think I did great overall and expect a good outcome, but you never know.
Not sure how much time it will take to get an answer?
It's the first time when recruiter is not responding for my follow-up
