Hi, I got a accounting manager job offer from Fidelity Boston. I was wondering 1) how does it feel working at Fidelity? pressure? Overtime? 2) their base salary is not much higher ($120k) than my current but their bonus plus profit sharing seems good (totaling 25%). What do you think?

just note that it takes five years to fully vest the profit sharing and 401k match.
i am in a different function, so cant really comment on work intensity as an accounting manager.
it looks like a new program; i dont see anyone with rotational associate title in asset mgmt in company directory.
i am familiar with the capital markets rotational program, which might be (previously) one of its kind. if this quant investment program is indeed created from the same mold, i would expect recent college graduates to move around various asset mgmt teams for 4-6 months over two years.
i would wager that the systematic trading group will be one of the core rotations (and that they got the idea from capital markets =)).
good luck
