Are virtual on sites going to be additional once things go back to normal (if ever)?
Once things go back to normal do you think we'll see the following?
OA -> phone screen -> virtual on site (2 to 5 interviews) -> in person on site (2 to 5 interviews)
Seems like we've gotten to the point where in a 30 minute interview people are being asked 1-3(or more) LC problems do you think we'll see additional steps in the interviewing process once things go back to the norm (if ever) for swe positions since LC is getting so diluted at this point?
For my Walmart new grad final round In a single 30 minute interview round I was asked 2 lc problems(one med dp, one hard graph), 1 math problem, and conceptual problems. After doing an oa, and then a take home project. And that was just for walmart.. With the amount of cs kids we're pumping out top tier tech are gonna have to do something, no?
Genuinely curious what yalls take is on this

I get a better signal from a 45 min on-site that 60min virtual.
