Curious as to how Rippling’s levels translate to G/FB. I’ve read that L6 @ Rippling == L4 at G/FB, but my recruiter is claiming it’s equivalent to L5. It led to some awkwardness when meeting with the hiring manager as he said L6 is mid-level, one below senior. Is there a such thing as L4 at rippling, which would imply that L6 is two levels above entry level? What level do new grads join as?

I spoke with Rippling last month and was confused too.
First, my recruiter told me L4 is entry/new grad.
Then he said that L7 is senior.
Lol then he said that L6 is like a software engineer II role.
Lol so I'm confused about how they do things there. 3 Levels (4, 5 and 6) seem to represent what are only 2 positions at most companies (entry/new grad and eng II)
