I have an offer from Redfin for a senior engineer. I'm currently interviewing at 6-8 places(on-sites) (Meta, Doordash, Instacart, etc) and am sure will land at least 2. These are top techs that could offer more than what Redfin is offering. However, the timeline doesn't align with Redfin's deadline.
1. Can I say I have verbal confirmation from other companies to negotiate with Redfin. If I do that would they ask for any proof?
2. Since I won't have offers within Redfin's deadline, is it okay if I accept Redfin and renege later if possible.
3. I'm on H1-B, will renege have any unseen impact on my status?
Redfin Offer:
TC: ~330K
Base: ~200K
Stocks: !90(year 1)
Sign on: ~30K
Loc: Seattle
YOE: 5
Please advice.

Just be prepared to lose the offer if you try to negotiate. Most likely they’ll budge, but if you are willing to lose it, you have more negotiation leverage
