lots of talks about WLB, it seems amazon is bad and microsoft is good.
what does the PTO policy look like?
can a new hire take 20-30days off in a year? does it depend on your level?
how about taking unpaid days off?

Retire somewhere cheap π
15 days of PTO. 10 (I guess) regular holidays (memorial day, etc.).
So yea can easily add up to 25-30 even for a new hire.
Would the number 15 grow with your level? Or just time at company? (I.e is it still 15 if you joined as senior?)
The number grows with your time at the company, not the level. (I joined as a senior and still get the same number a new grad gets who joined with me)
