Hello!
I received a verbal offer yesterday from AWS about data center project engineer role in Northern Virginia.
I’m from the construction industry so I do not have any kind of experience in negotiating with the big guns and there is very little salary data available for this kind of role.
Can anybody give me any tips or insights on how to go about with this? If anybody is in a similar role then any insights on your current TC will be really helpful.

@powerrrrr A TC of 160k is w/in reach - but when you get to these limits, the justification becomes harder. That being said, push for as much as you can get (and as much as you are comfortable asking for), because no one else is going to advocate for you harder than you.
The recruiter said that I cleared the interview so anything else opens up, they will offer it to me.
