L4 Google Offer
Google L4 offer ( Base 150k + Bonus 15k + Sign On 55k + 500K RSUs) TC - 345k. Have 8 YOE at Apple (IC4). Is this a good offer for L4? Was downgraded to L4 from L5 after interviews.

What was the justification for your down level (versus a rejection)? Did you have 2 design rounds?
How is TC here calculated? Are we talking just the first year or your yearly TC?
What’s 15k bonus? If you are talking about yearly cash bonus, the target is 15%.
What is your TC at Apple?
It's a good L4 offer. It's unfortunate that you got downgraded. Since you didn't do amazing in the interviews it may be hard to convince them to pay more, but if you get a competing offer you might be able to negotiate a bit.
What's the point of adding entire sign on to first year TC? It computes to around 310k tc for first for years
