L4 TPM offer at Google - am i being low balled?
Base 135k Equity 200k Bonus 15% am i being low balled? i aksed for 150/250/15%/30signon....should i have asked for more? competing offer at 150/175/15%/30
What is the signing bonus?
Ask for more RSUs. Other components look ok.

If you have ~3-4 yoe of exp I think this is good for a non Bay Area or non NYC role

Offer got updated to 140/265/15%/25signon. YOE 10yrs. I have a feeling I am still feeling lowballed...what do you think?
With the new offer you are getting around $250K which is correct for L4 but you can push for $275k, it will be top of the band. Ask for more RSUs and increase the base by 10K
Well first year is 252k due to the signon bonus but second year is 227k. Recruiter said this is final offer. Is there usually some wiggle room after they say final offer?
Looks like it, I had an offer of 135/200/20%/50 for L3 SETI with 2 YOE.
