Offer went into the discussion, went thru 1 more interview round and received offer for L6 130K, 15+12, RSU 40. 1. Do I have a chance to negotiate it now? A) I had negotiated a level UP already, is it considered a negotiation already done for me? B) New offer better than old, but still matches my current salary and I would expect 10-15% hike 2. What is best way to negotiate(Call or Email), what are the best components to negotiate? 3. Should I negotiate Relocation? They are going to do actual relocation, I would prefer cash. #Amazon

Thanks, I was against Calling as I dont want recruiter to rush with the negotiation. I wanted to give her time to come up with new numbers. With the kind of vesting schedule they have, Y3 and Y4 is very high, I need something more in Y1 and Y2 so yeah sign-bonus should help.
