Can anyone help me with the band range for L 64 and L 65?

Forget about upper range given your current TC and competing offer. Expect around 65L. I know someone with 90L+ at this level

Do you have verbal offer? They are unlikely to hire people from cognizant or similar companies even if your interview was good
What makes u think so? I have L6 offer from Amazon as well. Do they also not hire from CTS...Get your facts right ....lol!
I am saying because I know some people. Amazon hires easiliy from service companies. I m talking about managerial roles only for both companies. Btw if you have amazon L6 then I don't think Microsoft 64-65 will pay higher than that. Do u mind sharing your Amazon numbers?
