TC = $500K, 10+ YOE Hi folks! Assuming FB offsets drop in salary and bonus ($50K) with equal or greater equity bump, should I take the offer? What’s the best way to negotiate the offer? Also have invites from Uber, Lyft, Netflix and Apple, but haven’t pursued them yet. Should I try to get multiple offers? Goals: TC, maximize career trajectory, scope & impact, WL balance, in that order. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

You should ask one of the 4k googlers at fb. Clearly the answer was yes, otherwise they wouldn't have left and stayed at fb. Google has gotten too big to the point that promos are getting (even) slower.
Come on now, you know there's likely just as many ex-FB at Google. Slow promos is legitimate, but not one of the reasons the OP stated

Not so sure. Most Googlers I know who left for FB got at least 1 level bump. FB can't just change their policy for new hires overnight; all existing employees would be considered too junior for their level...
at l7 it depends more narrowly than fb vs goog, but you know this already. where is the market/product/tech opportunity? where is your network? where can you deliver value?
Sounds like a downlevel for more work tbh. Comp needs to be compelling like 100k more especially since 10-15% of the company doesn’t meet expectations every half. IC6 is no joke.
I am also curious to know why optimizing for career growth/TC. 7 is very senior at google and probably has high scope with high refreshers. You can be a director or even VP at a startup.

Definitely don’t do this. Not unless you are at risk of getting fired at G. You will almost definitely have worse WLB at FB, not make more money, and be down leveled. Also FWIW, I’ve always seen FB match PM level at G. I’d try to get 7 if you wanted to switch
If optimizing for title and $, then FB. But note that you will most likely lose WLB and need to deal with chaos
