I am interviewing for an L7 Principal Program Manager, non-tech, located in Seattle in their retail stores division. Im highly qualified and expect to get an offer in the coming days. There are a few threads on PMT comp but would love advise on non-tech. Any recommendations on reasonable TC range i should target?
I initially quoted a TC range of 325-350 which I consider a reasonable range. Thoughts?
That was also my offer for the same role they started at 320 (initial offer) and settled for 360 after 2 rounds of negotiations. From what I gather base is non-negotiable, it's mostly RSU and sign on you can negotiate on. Location NY.
