  Is it that rigid in terms of promo? Considering various places/industries (ie. Visa/Mastercard, Databricks, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Snowflake, etc.). Is your experience that negative - given you’re looking to switch after a year? How’s the morale at the company?

  Oh no my experience isn't negative. It's just good. And I'm exploring avenues where I can get "very good". To be very honest, I would only choose Strategy Ops roles in Google or Meta over Adobe. The rest are below Adobe IMO.
