Hi I am from Apple in the Bay Area. i recently interviewed at Amazon for a Sr. PM-T role in Alexa. The recruiter reached back stating i was down leveled and now its a PM-T down leveled to L5 role got the offer.
145k 70k bonus split 2 yrs and 100 rsus.
I have 11years of experience.I am excited about the role. However thinking should i accept it or not.
Is this a decent offer? Recruiter was saying i can be considered for off cycle promotion?
The role obviously is in Seattle. This would be a direct transition to a PM role from engg. Was wondering if this is worth it.
I will be reporting to someone way younger who is an 2012 mba grad :(.
Can I switch teams after joining in say a month? Do i have growth there?
