I currently have offers from zeta and flipkart and have hard time figuring out what to choose
Flipkart - UI 2 ( FPG team)
Base - 28lpa
Jb - 2l
Perf bonus - 2.8l
Stock 13l
Zeta - SDE 2 frontend
Base - 30lpa
Jb - 5l
Retention - 5l
Stocks - 15l
So much negativity revolving around flipkart and zeta is on more positive side. But I would like to work on b2c and have good wlb and I think flipkart would have a good brand name outside.

TC - 9lpa
