Does any one have a lady boss . How is it ? Is it easy to work with lady bosses . Please dont judge me. Just speak out uour heart , this is an anonymous forum anyways.
Honestly I haven't seen a difference. I've had pretty good female and male managers, and pretty bad ones from both genders.
People are people, there are good and bad ones in all genders. Set good expectations, ask & provide clarity, communicate!, Be consistent In your behavior regardless of gender and you will do well regardless of the gender of your manager

I agree with pandamick - Male or female, it depends on the person. I've had multiple male bosses and multiple female bosses - they all had their own, individual pros & cons. Had nothing to do with sex. One thing I would try to get a feel for, regardless of sex, is what kind of relationship does that potential boss have with his/her boss? Are they respected? Do they have a "seat at the table?" etc. Male or female, that boss-to-boss's boss can have a significant impact on you, IMHO.
That is really a gem of insight. The managers ability to navigate the organization is so much more important than gender
At home, yes. It’s tough sometimes with micromanaging. And TC hit a 6 yr cliff. Trying to get more benefits 😢
If you are lady, it's better to have Male as your Boss. Female boss over female employee is a disaster
One of my previous managers is a woman. She was as easy to work with as any other. Why do you ask? More importantly, why do you ask without disclosing your TC OR GTFO?
is it easy to talk to a lady doctor? Is it easy to work with a lady professor? Sexist!
BOSS is different
