Landlord Harassment Santa Clara, water pressure

Posting for friend It's happening from past 4 months and landlord pays for the water ***My family and I are being constantly harassed by landlord, specifically the shower. Water taps gets so tight to a point where we cant even rotate it during showers as though someone is holding it on the other side. Hot and cold water abruptly sprays down in irregular intervals hurting us. ***We can literally hear the other person through the wall turning the squeaky knob. This happens only during normal hours. Every family member experienced this ***During midnights & early mornings, we face no problems ***Has anyone else experienced a SLUMLORD like this one?

Record it. Hire a plumber to take a look and send the bill to your land lord. Take baths for a few weeks, they’ll get bored that you switched up your routine on them. Punch a hole through the wall when you hear the laughing and then take a picture of the injured jerk on the other side. (Just kidding 😜)

What? There is no otherside...

I’m being completely serious, you may be suffering from schizophrenia. Nothing wrong with having a plumber check it out but if the plumber doesn’t find anything, consider talking to a psychiatrist. No shame in it.

Lol but why would my family members complain about it too then

My schizophrenic brother believes all kinds of crazy things happen and claims that my mom can back him up on them, even though she does not agree they are happening. The thought that there’s someone hiding behind the wall messing with your pipes is right up there.

Are you suggesting that you have some strange apartment layout where the shower’s pipes and wall are common between adjacent units? And that the knobs are physically connected to the same gear mechanism straight through to the other unit?

Lmfao, I did a double take when I read OP's post, glad I'm not alone 😂

A shrink would help you more than a plumber

Why not do some centralized testing? Do the following to overflow neighbor's BOWL_OF_WISDOM Procedure: Jam your Bowl_Of_Wisdom by Con**oms or anything useless. Old apartments are centrally connected so after a while your all neighbors would be blessed by BOWL_OF_WISDOM

Could simply be a defective water pressure regulator. That's a simple and cheap fix. Have you talked to your landlord about it ?
