Hi, I got a poor perf snapshot for a 6 month project from a manager who dint like me. My coach said I am under evaluation. I will get good reviews in current project but that doesnt bring up the overall score. Does that mean I am on the verge of getting laid off? I don’t think you will be, I have a friend of mine who was put in PIP after a bad feed back by his manager .. It’s been an year and is still with D working for different engagements . But just as a caution it’s better to look out

Unless they put you on a PIP I wouldn’t worry about it
Tip for the future: find a manager that likes you, who is also a high performer. Request as many snapshots as possible. It’s not by hours but counts. I cannot stress how important it is to find bosses that care about you and want/can help you
Going through this right now. Have a manager that constantly throws her team under the bus to make herself look better. I got put on an engagement and a week within joining the project I was called out by her and the partner for not noticing a risk item. She threw me under the bus cc’ing me and leadership saying you need to pay more attention to details and should have caught this. She was on the project for over 6 months before I joined.
