I’ve seen a lot of people mention leadership principles are a huge thing at Amazon. Can someone give an example of a question they’d ask during an interview that has to do with one of these principles?
DM me - I have a big list
Could you send me the list as well? My DM limit reached :(
I have a phone interview in 2 weeks, your list could come helpful. DM'ed you. Thanks.
Tell me about a time where you did X. Where X is some situation that fits an Amazon LP. Example: insist on the highest standards Question: Tell me about a time when you were not satisfied with the status quo. What did you do to change it? Were you successful? Be specific. Focus on what you did not “we”. To do well here you need to actually have solid experiences or data points that show you raised the bar. If you never raised the bar in this way in your life, make sure you ace the coding questions.
Coding questions in a TPM initial 1 hour phone interview? Or is that more of an on-site type deal?
Your recruiter would know best how the loop is structured. T in the TPM is for technical so there should be some technical loop at least. Might be system design instead of coding.
Which leadership principle do you disagree with or not like.
Ask recruiter, they have a list of sample questions
