Learning Makeup
Hey beautiful people who do daily/occasionally face makeup. I am new to make up world and after watching tons of youtube videos, have not reached anywhere. Are there any 1:1 makeup sessions or something so that i can learn more about makeup tips and tricks for my face? TC 150k Yoe 4 years

You can go into a department store like Macy's and the people at the counter can demo it on your face for free. Downside is if you want to buy those exact products, it's more expensive.
Not sure where you are based. But I went to this salon in Seattle which actually teaches you makeup. If you bring your own products the cost is lower and you'll see/get recommendations on anything which you might be missing .that being said, I was pretty new too , to this makeup world. Followed some YouTube videos , looked very cakey. If you are looking for light makeup, use tinted moisturizer from bare minerals. It's pretty noob friendly and results are very dewy and nude.
You can book an appointment w/ Sephora, they’ll do your makeup and recommend products, I think if you buy $50 or so of products the session is free.

I have tried that as well. But they dont teach you or give you tips based on your face. I was looking for some personal service which can teach me things about my face and how to hide and highlight features
