Leasing a Bmw x3 on 100K TC worth it?

I am thinking of leasing a BMW x3 2021 model for 3 years.
My current TC is 100K and I live in Boston Massachusetts paying about 1300$ in rent per month.
Is it worth it? Or will it burn a hole in my pocket and I would practically won't be saving anything a month?
