Hello All, I’ve been at SAP for about 5.5 years and in corportate america, normal raises here are about 3% a year at best. Would you take a risk & leave a great company like SAP to join a small company if you were to get a 25% raise?
SAP is not _that_ great. Leave now.

Great company and SAP do not belong in the same sentence. Leave now
What’s your T-level?
Take a chance and keep it moving
3% is just keeping up with inflation levels. That's not what I would consider career advancement.
That's the reality of companies like SAP and Oracle.
Oh I know. Not just those companies, most companies. To advance in one's career, usually you have to leave places a couple of times
If No RSU and ESPP then you need evaluate! Look at entire package and also job security. You also.mentiom trying to start family. That an startup don't go hand in hand. Having a kid will increase expenses so additional $ is good. You must evaluate. Look at non tangibles too. Commute time at work etc etc. You are young so must be willing to risk but got to balance.
