Leave or not to Leave Tesla
Im torn. i got an offer from a midsize company (and no the company is not a big name) for promotion and of course a pay boost. do i leave or do i stay at Tesla? ive been stressing out. i like the big name Tesla because i feel i get respected from my friends and familes vs if i go to the new company no one has heard of it unless theyre in the tech industry. but i know i wont get a promotion anytime soon here at tesla. what should i do?

Leave Tesla, we don’t want people here for the ‘name’ or to look good in front of your family and friends, you’ll be found out and fired anyway. You work at Tesla for the mission, the customer focus and the constant allure of being able to fix something (which never eventuates).
Have you vested? Why wouldn’t you stay at tesla!
You got Tesla already on your resume and no one can take it from you, go out and get that promo and TC increase.

Tesla underpays you and overworks you. Leave! once you get your stocks
At least you might stop getting questions about Elon at every social gathering
