Hey Blind,
I recently joined a different company(Not Workday) because I received their offer before I had time to clear FAANG-ish(MULA or w/e) interviews. I had planned to leave after a while if I cleared some FANG interviews.
Well, I've gotten positive HC feedback currently from LinkedIn and Google without comp details yet, and I was wondering if it would be worth it to leave my new company for one of those offers. Both are the entry level SWE roles.
On my current team, I like my team and manager seems pretty cool. The work is enterprise software. Does anyone think I would regret leaving for Google/LinkedIn? (No need to ask which of the two, most of blind answers Google)
YOE: 2
Current Comp: 190k~

Anyway, both companies should beat your current comp, so you should probably go for it
It’ll be less awk because everyone’s remote and I’ve never met these ppl in person, but I would just quit day of and not do two weeks.
