Received a better offer in the first month of joining a new company. I really liked the other company and the people I talked to. If I leave this job in first month, should I inform this to my next company about it? Even if I don’t, background check will definitely catch this based on my paychecks and other information. Any advice would be great! Thanks!
New company doesn't give a shit. If it doesn't come up, no need to address it. There is no reason for them to verify your employment history after they've already extended an offer.
You already received an offer. So you can tell. It's not as uncommon as you think.
