I have an offer in Oslo, which I think it would be a great experience, although I’m a little concern about how hard it would be to find a job if I decide to comeback. Considering that I’m under TN visa, a new employer in the US would need redo all the paperwork. Has anyone has had any experience about leaving and then coming back?
its the same exact process as your initial TN. you can leave and comeback/switch jobs as many times as you want.
Which company in Oslo?
Unless you already started green card paperwork using TN Visa .... And before anyone says that's not possible ... It is because that is what I did.
It’s highly not recommend
