advice needed

* i have been given an open ended project with no acceptance criteria
* i am getting projects to prod but i don’t see it’s impact i.e no one seems to be using it
* we are going through a bunch of reorgs and my manager changed thrice so there no accountability.
* the pm’s don’t share requirements, there are many quip docs i don’t have access to and seeing for the first time since they were first created.

i am sensing danger ⚠️?

looking to switch, have you guys gone through this and how did you tackle it?
