Levels and TC at Square

What are different levels at Square for non-tech PM role? I am currently an IC4 at Apple with 8 yoe in Program Management / New Product Launch. Looking to switch to Square if I get through the interviews! Current TC is ~ 200k. What should I aim to get at Square in terms of TC? How is the TC broken down at Square? Thank You!
