Life insights needed

Hi Blind Community,
I am a 29 yo software engineer. The dominant thought for the past few years in my life had been revolving around either marriage or getting a life partner and finally will be getting married in few months.
However I would like to know what would the dominant thought for people in life be after getting married, having kids and buying a home.

As I enter into the next phase of my life, I would like to know more about what kinds of things people would be thinking about in the next stages of life. I am only asking this so I can be mindful and conscious about the next actions I take in life and not because people around me are doing it.
