I think overall I'm pretty happy with my team, comp, project, wlb, and perf. I just want the freedom to be anywhere by being #remote, but I'm not eligible for it. Thoughts on what I can do?
Seems unfortunate to leave a place I enjoy a lot just for this lifestyle choice. I'm pretty confident I could get offers from other companies, but it's less guaranteed that all the pieces will line up as well.
I've discussed it with my manager, but I don't think they can really do much about the company policy. They've been really good to me too which sucks if I have to tell them I'm leaving
