Hi,
I have following verbal offer from LI for EM role in Bay Area. No competing offer right now, one in onsite stage. Any advise on negotiating higher? I thought comps were revised higher due to recent inflation and thought this is a low ball.

Good to be realistic, but don't want to accept lower offer and then regret
Im jelly. I got into part of the loop...and botched what should have been the easiest of the interviews.
Maybe next time for me.
I too felt interviews, on technical side, were easier than other similar companies. But I totally agree that interviews are a crapshoot - a fair bit of luck is involved and could go either way regardless of level of difficulty. Wish you all the best for next/other opportunities!
