LinkedIn Senior Product Manager - how much should I expect, should I negotiate?
Got an offer from LinkedIn for a Senior PM at the Sunnyvale office. Don't ask me want what team π€ This is the offer: - Base 195K, Stocks 450K, Bonus 15%, No sign on. - Surely higher than what my current company offers (cause it pays shit). YOE: - Total 13 - Product Manager - 7 What y'all think? Good enough or I should definitely ask them to relook at the numbers?
Good offer. Just fyi, you can easily be identified as there arent that many senior pm offers go out.
Are you suggesting that senior pm external hires at LinkedIn are not very common ? If yes, do most of the PMs grow from within ?
