LinkedIn Senior offer 340k?
What is the highest possible offer for LinkedIn Senior SWE position? Got a competing offer from another company which has 340k TC (exclude sign-on bonus) but not sure if Linkedin is able to match. Current TC: 260k

Potentially- not same team necessarily but moving to offer is valid for one year- unless you piss off the hiring manager you are matched too. There is no “max” cap- but it varies on how much we want you
LI recruiter and I parted ways after they told me the top they can go is 300k for SSE. I interviewed for staff but they down leveled, which they tend to do if you don’t knock it out of the park during the interview.

I had a LinkedIn offer in the past. Declined it due to low TC. Had competing offer for $380k. Linkedin was coming closer to 300. Unless you are staff I don't think they would match.
there are lots of traps in dropbox offer, so u need to discount by 70%
