As per description provided by recruiter, this will be more of a test of aptitude for code review, tradeoffs, etc. rather than pure coding problem. Should I revise LeetCode (#LinkedIn) problems?
Do 500 to 700 questions from LC and you should be fine otherwise there is a huge risk
Yes Source: me, 2 rounds of coding (including phone screen), leetcodish Result: em offer
I was told to do a few TopCoder Div 1, 500 point problem. Is the TopCoder Div 1, 500 point problem like LeetCode medium or hard? I searched TopCoder, couldn't figure out how the point is scaled based difficult. But Div 1, 500 point is certainly not easy, is this what LinkedIn requires for manager coding?
In my experience, the description provided by recruiter for coding section was inaccurate. My coding screen consisted of straight up whiteboard coding exercises (medium difficulty). Nothing about code review, etc.
