LinkedIn entry level software engineer

Hey all,
I interned at LinkedIn in Sunnyvale and got a full time conversation offer:

Base: 125
RSU: 175
Sign-on: 20

Is this a good offer for entry level?

The current offer is for Sunnyvale. I am thinking of trying transfer to the NY office. Mostly because I'm trying to stay close to family and friends. Would that be a smart move or should I just go to Sunnyvale? Will the compensation be different if I managed to get into NY office and by how much?
