Hi I had LinkedIn interview today had 6 rounds I almost solved 4 interview questions. Of 3 interview questions he found some bugs I fixed it.On 4th questions I solved it but, but missed the edge case.( We agreed issue and later I just gave another approach via dynamic programming)Would I still consider for offer?? Any thoughts
Yeah.... That's 100% fail if you ask me.
No , you won’t
Regardless of whether you got it or not, I would use LinkedIn as a bargaining chip. Their salaries aren’t that great compared to other unicorns and public companies. they give you an exploding offer... if they do that just tell them you need more time and they’ll agree to wait... they just play dumb games 🙄
Not sure if this is true... The offer I got from LinkedIn for a swe position was more than google and amazon. 150base, 200k stock, 20k bonus
BrianC, I don't think that you ever made it to a salary negotiation with LinkedIn. Plus, can't really talk about Airbnb (it indeed offers great compensation) or other unicorns till you IPO! ;)
Just sit, relax, and wait for that call. Or keep leetcoding if you have any others interviews scheduled...
Thank you all for your time and reply.
@Zimmer. What type of questions did you get? Can you give more details?
