For LinkedIn recruiting people, please please add 5-10min breaks between each round. I’ve been standing talking nonstop for 4 hours and it was exhausting. Interviewers will of course offer you water and restroom breaks out of courtesy, but that will eat into the interview time which can be pretty tight so interviewees like us may not want to waste time on this. Adding extra breaks can really help. That being said, people are in general really nice though. Problems asked were challenging but not ridiculous. Food were good as well. Hopefully i can have a positive feedback... TC 150k YOE 4yr
LinkedIn on-site interviews are crazy and too packed!
Take a 5 hour energy drink before the interview and power through it like a boss.
LinkedIn is terrible at interviewing. All questions are online (maybe not connected to linkedin, but they are there). We do an absolute horrendous job of managing our interviewees. There is literally zero incentive for us to interview
Get your interview schedule structured with coding and system design interviews before lunch honestly Like sys design, cod module 1/2, lunch Cod module 1/2, tech communication, host manager That might be the most optimal route honestly
The recruiters are smart to schedule the interview starting with code module 1 and ending with code module 2, i guess that’s a way to put the candidate under stress and test the ability. I doubt they are flexible in re-structuring the interview rounds as per candidate’s choice (at least they were not so considerate with me )

Step up your game. People in general take antidiuretic supplements to delay having to urinate for the 5-6 hours of interviews (while still being able to drink coffee)
damn that’s extreme
Yes and also anti-sleep medicines so you can get by a full time job and 4 months of leetcoding on 3 hours of sleep everyday. You gotta do what you gotta do for that money after all.
