What's the difference between coding module 1 and 2? Is module 2 more difficult than 1? That's what I could infer from their description for each round. Or it's all the same?
One is algo focused and other is more coding intensive. As an interviewee, it doesn’t make much of a difference to you. You just prep for coding questions beyond your current level of comfort
According to my interview experience, one the interviewer is more interested in you coming up with an optimal solution, the other is more on implementation. But generally, you won’t find much different, it’s doable to code perfectly both anyway
I've interviewed both these modules. My two cents is that the difference is minimal at best. What counts is being able to ask informative questions and explain your algorithm to the interviewer. Both these modules require this. However expect a more difficult algorithm for module 2, and more intense coding for module 1.
