I've a LinkedIn onsite for Staff. Anyone who interviewed recently willing to share their experience. Is system design by educative.io enough to cover system design round. I'm slightly worried about coding round because lately I am feeling burnt doing LC and now 30-40% times I even struggle with LC medium. Should I push back my onsite by a week to prepare better.
For detailed depending on how much time you have read the designing distributed systems book by kleppmann
I've read it about 2 months ago. It's the kind of book you do need to read 2-3 to internalize the concepts.
Which track?
Applications
YOE?
Doesn't seem like a staff candidate to me. Lacking maturity
Can’t agree more. Staff only needs 4 YOE.
OP, how did the interview go?
Apart from the one you mentioned I also found the gainlo blog for design as a good resource
They are not at all detailed.
