LinkedIn recruiter ghosting
I gave an onsite interview with LinkedIn recently (3 weeks ago) but didn't hear back from the recruiter. I thought that the interview went pretty well. Has anyone else had this experience with LinkedIn recruiters? The recruiter who I worked with during the phone screen was pretty good but then after being handed off to someone for the onsite interviews the experience has been terrible. The recruiter never responds to any email follow ups.

Sometimes the silence is just deafening. 😔 On one onsite, I had a lunch round with the manager, he said the team was on some production issue, and said he would postpone the remaining two on-site rounds to some other day. Two days later, the recruiter says I wasn't a good fit. Points for creativity thought.
Had an on-site at a company where they changed the calendar time. I thought I was crazy until I circled back to the email detailing the agenda.
Well, in a way you got to see the culture of the company. Big red flag!
I heard a lot of this about recruiters at L, I would say move on OP. I had very good experience with L recruiters, I passed their interview though

@Vmeq61 I am in the same boat, let me know if you ever receive an update from them. Btw did u see any LinkedIn folks hitting up your profile after the interview ??. I have heard that their HC meets every Wednesday to go over feedback submitted by interviewers. If your profile was looked up by some LinkedIn folks, it may mean that your package has at least made it to HC.
Reach back out to the recruiter you are working with or the one who initially reached out to you for feedback.
I did. I emailed both the recruiter I was in touch with for the phone interviews and the onsite recruiter. But they didn't reply to my emails.
Same here emailed both the recruiters, At this point, I think it is very clear that they are not interested or I am not worth their time, however it would have been nice if they could have confirmed the rejection or at least let me know if they are keeping me on hold as they are interviewing other candidates as well

I just feel like taking on sites when we work a full time job is hard enough. When recruiters don’t even reply it’s disrespectful.
