It has the same issues as Glassdoor. But LinkedIn will remove salary results after 1 year so it’s more accurate. It’s been pretty accurate for non-technical positions.

It is pretty accurate for LI eng positions.
My gut feeling is that I trust it more than glassdoor... but no significant data to back it up.
